DAILY RUN TRAINING
6 days per week of structured run training with season long plan based on athlete goals and objectives
EYES-ON COACHING
3 Coached Sessions each week
STRENGTH & MOBILITY
2-3 unsupervised days per week with resistance and plyometric work
TEAM COMMUNITY
Supportive teammates, accountability, and shared progress
RACE OPPORTUNITIES
1-2 optional winter race opportunities may be available.

Target standard: Athletes should generally be able to run about 7:15 per mile or better. Exceptions may be made my the head coach.

WINTER PROGRAM | Frequently Asked Questions

Winter Training is for committed middle- and high-school runners who are ready to work, learn, and challenge themselves. This is not an entry-level program.

Take two full weeks off from structured running after your season ends, then join us. Stay active during the break, but give your body and mind time to reset.

Come ready to work, learn, and support the team. We focus on endurance, speed, running skills, and the ability to handle faster training.

Athletes should generally be able to run about 7:15 per mile or faster. Exceptions may be approved by the head coach

After registration and payment, we’ll add you to the Winter Training group and give you access to the plan and team information.

We use Stack TeamApp for all announcements, schedules, and updates. After registering, you'll be invited to join the Winter Training group. Please create your own account and check the app regularly.

Yes. Athletes preparing for NXR are welcome to join early. Your payment will be applied toward the full Winter Training fee.

We train at varied locations throughout Colorado Springs, Castle Rock, and surrounding areas. Registered athletes receive the monthly schedule and locations through TeamApp

No. Program fees remain the same regardless of your start date. Coaching staff and athlete-to-coach ratios are planned before the season begins to provide a high-quality experience for every athlete.

Plan on approximately $500 per athlete, including flights, two hotel nights, local transportation, meet entry, and food. Final pricing will be shared once travel is booked.
